Charlene Lambros, Coach

Charlene is a two-time National Synchronized Champion in the Senior and Junior divisions. As a member of the Goldenettes, she competed and medaled internationally and was part of the first Team USA that competed in Sweden in 1989. Charlene has competed in almost all qualifying divisions from Juvenile to Masters during her 35 years as a synchro skater. She has been coaching adult synchro teams since 2012 and reformed IceSymmetrics in 2016. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Case Western Reserve University and a Master of Science degree from the University of California San Francisco and works as a Nursing Informatics Specialist.

Alyssa Lewis, Coach

Alyssa is a full-time skating coach primarily at Solar4America Ice in San Jose and Ice Oasis in Redwood City. She has her Gold Medal in Moves in the Field and Ice Dancing, and passed the Novice Freeskate and Fourth Figure Tests. She skated on precision teams as a young skater and then as an adult with IceSymmetrics in the Adult Division.

She has been teaching for over twenty years and has several PSA ratings: Senior Moves in the Field, Certified Ice Dance and Group Instruction, and Registered Freestyle. In addition, she spent 5 years coaching with the Miami University Synchronized Skating Program. She also has a MA in Sport Behavior and Performance from Miami University.
